Medical Cost Projection

Veritas Med-Law can prepare comprehensive medical cost projection reports (MCP) which detail all future medical costs associated with an injury.

The MCP is an approximation of these costs based on what is known as usual, customary, and reasonable charges (UCR) specific to the injured person's geographical location.

The MCP is prepared using the injured person's actual medical records and bills from the treatment providers. When actual costs for services are not available we  use widely accepted cost databases to calculate these expected charges.

A properly prepared MCP can be an extremely valuable tool when entering the settlement process for these type of injuries.

Contact us today to see how we can help you get the best settlement for your client.
